Returns

At Sebastien & Co, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

* Clearance or final sale items

* Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are processed for shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
